I am identical pleased with my young television. It has an splendid pic and the remote is tardily to operate. I have other Sony televisions and get never had a problem with any of them. I am too pleased with purchasing the TV from Amazon. I received previously purchased TV’s for two or three online stores in the New York Area. These companies directly promised and sought to sell me additional productions and passed warranties. I did Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX720 not like their difficult sell approach. Buying from Amazon was much different. Formerly I created the buy there were no followup phone calls. They held me substantially informed till the product arrived. I will keep to bear Amazon with other purchases.
